- Intro ANT, Advance ANT and Extremities ANT within 3 years: $750, after 3 years: $850
- Fascia ANT, Cranial ANT and Vascular/Lymphatics/Certification ANT: $850
To sign up for the classes, please complete the following steps:
1. A non-refundable deposit of $300 made out to Patricia Kortekaas, PT, ANT-c
2. Fill out the registration form.
3. Mail check to: Patricia Kortekaas PT, 3140 Onyx Street, Eugene, OR 97405.
Cancellation Policy:
- The $300 deposit is non-refundable.
- If you must cancel, contact Patricia to discuss applying the balance of the paid tuition or deposit towards a future course.
- Canceling or being absent on the first day of the course regardless of reason is considered an automatic cancellation, tuition is forfeited, and there is no refund.
- If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
